High Prairie Polo Club – Case Study
High Prairie Polo Club was a 1,050 acre rural broken residential subdivision in a partial state of completion. The property was originally approved for 60 residential lots and community amenities and held by a national bank holding company as owned real estate. The original developer had invested approximately $14.5 million in the project. CCRA sourced the opportunity, negotiated the terms with the bank for a purchase price at 25% of the historic cost and conducted all the due diligence for the investor.
